More Than Just A Meal!     MOW Recipient Meals On Wheels (MOW): The MOW program serves homebound persons ages 60 and over where the older person is having difficulty providing his/her own meals. The purpose of the program is to provide essential nutrition and prevent health deterioration and loss of independence. Income is not an eligibility critera, however, we give priority to those with the greatest need. The key words are over 60, homebound, and nutritionally at risk. The hot meals are delivered between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
